This Program Process was inspired by research into technology-forward companies and their design process for digital and physical product making. Visually, the top half (one through five) is aimed toward internal collaboration and the bottom half (six through ten) is aimed towards external production factors. It's an "original" organization theory on how I imagine cooperatives aiming to implement Explorations ought to be run given their familiarity and proximity to a Sustainable Future.
By learning these ten items in sequential order, thoroughly or not, workers can at least be informed and involved with the internal and external mechanics of their Cooperative or Corporate structure. Ideally, all of the important items that require community (public) attention operates on Sustainable Program technology to connect apps/metadata where it is needed for the most informed decision making by any Worker.
The tenth process incorporates the remaining 27 circles with the varying topics, content, and expected interfaces included with other local programs. The process loops back to planning, internal discussion for external production, when new internal or external tasks require attention.
